Review the basic properties of CYP2C8: expression, substrates, inhibitors, and inducers.

Describe the effect of CYP2C8 polymorphisms on the disposition of some oral hypoglycemic drugs.

Review common CYP2C8-mediated drug-drug interactions with oral hypoglycemic.
